Property Description: The City property located at 1834 – 165A Street is surplus to the City’s requirements and will be consolidated with the adjacent property.
Purchasers: 1407722 B.C. Ltd.
Nature of Disposition: Fee Simple
Selling Price: Three Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($3,750,000)
