Pursuant to Section 98 of the Community Charter, S.B.C. 2003, c. 26, the Council of the City of Surrey will consider the 2022 Annual Municipal Report at the meeting on Monday, June 19, 2023, commencing at 7:00 p.m.
The 2022 Annual Municipal Report is available on the City of Surrey’s website at www.surrey.ca or a copy is available for public inspection starting on Monday, June 5, 2023 at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.
The public is provided an opportunity to submit comments and questions to Council regarding the 2022 Annual Municipal Report in writing to the City Clerk via email clerks@surrey.ca, fax at (604) 501-7578 or by mail to City Hall, 13450 - 104 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3T 1V8, prior to 4:30 pm, Friday, June 16, 2023.
You may also participate in the public meeting by pre-registering to speak online at www.surrey.ca, beginning Monday June 19, 2023 between 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
