Three injured in Langley crash

Three people were taken to hospital after a head-on collision in Langley.

Two men remain in hospital following a head-on collision on 200 Street Monday night.

Police said around 10:20 p.m.  a two vehicle collision was reported in the 8800 block of 200 Street.

It appears an Acura MDX had exited the freeway and vaulted two concrete medians landing in the northbound lanes of 200 Street and collided with a Ford panel van head-on.

The driver of the panel van was trapped in his vehicle for some time and his passenger was ejected.

All three parties were transported to hospital for treatment of their injuries which appear to be non-life-threatening.

Police said the driver of the Acura, a 54 year old Langley woman may have been impaired and a blood samples were taken for analysis.
