At least two people were seriously hurt Thursday after a truck rolled over smashing a van in Cloverdale.
A truck hauling animal feed rolled over in a collision with a Dodge Caravan just at about 1 p.m. on Thursday. A third vehicle, a white SUV, was also involved in the accident, which sent hay bales and debris over both northbound lanes.
Firefighters had to use the jaws of life to extricate the river of the minivan from the vehicle. He was airlifted to hospital by helicopter.
The driver of the truck was also seriously hurt, with possible head injuries, and was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Both northbound lanes of 176 Street are being diverted at 60 Avenue and southbound is down to one lane only, while emergency crews are on the scene.
