Elvira comes to Langley (with video)

Haunted house adds life-size model of legendary television character

For the 15th anniversary of his Halloween haunted mansion, Langley resident Barry Brinkworth added a new attraction, a life-size model of the legendary TV host Elvira.

Brinkworth, a professional model maker, created the Elvira statue from scratch, with the permission of the host.

Elvira and other family-friendly horror figures can be viewed at the 3,000 sq. ft. Brinkworth Dungeon until Oct. 31 at 22260 48 Ave.

The mansion charges admission to raise money for the Langley Food Bank of $10 for adults and $5 for children over 5.
