Lighting up Cloverdale and helping Surrey’s hospital: Wyatt

A Cloverdale family Christmas tradition continues to pay dividends for Surrey’s youngest hospital patients.

For the past seven years, the Kinna family has lit up Cloverdale with an annual holiday light display, raising more than $35,000 in support of babies who require medical care.

Parents Jack and Diane, along with sons Wyatt and Nash, share the load when it comes to putting up and taking down all those the lights. The spectacle draws well-wishers from across the region to their home at 16956 60A Avenue.

This past December, the family’s display raised $3,821 in donations for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Surrey Memorial Hospital.
