Orient yourself

The Cloverdale Library hosts family history orientation sessions this fall.

Are you researching your family history but you don’t know where to start?

The Cloverdale Library is hosting upcoming Family History Collection orientation sessions this fall.

The branch, at 5642 176A Street, is home to one of the most extensive collections in Western Canada.

An orientation can help you become familiar with online information, books, journals and microfilm records currently available to assist you in your research.

Orientations are currently scheduled for Oct. 13, Nov. 3 and Dec. 1.  They run from 10: a.m. to 10:50 a.m.

There’s no charge, but pre-registration is recommended. To register, visit the Library (5642 – 176A Street), call 604-598-7328, or email familyhistory@surrey.ca.
