Concerned about keeping your brain healthy?

The Alzheimer Society of B.C. is hosting a free tele-workshop, Heads Up: An Introduction to Brain Health, Thursday, Aug. 30 from 7 to 8 p.m.

Cloverdale residents are invited to dial in to learn more about keeping their brains healthy as they age.

The workshop is for people with early symptoms of dementia, caregivers and the public. It will cover Alzheimer's disease and the how it impacts the brain, the latest research on reducing the risk of Alzheimer's, and will provide everyday tips for improving brain health.

Dial in to the tele-workshop using your telephone. There are also optional online slides.
