The Cloverdale Spurs Moquito A baseball team brought home the gold after capturing the provincial championship title earlier this month.
The Spurs competed against the top 10 qualifying teams from throughout the province at the BC Minor Baseball tournament hosted by Coquitlam on Aug. 5.
The win capped off a successful season that included a record of 20-1 and wins at the Boulanger Summer Ball Tournament in Cloverdale and Kelowna Valley of Champions tournament.
The coaches and parents congratulate the Spurs on an outstanding season.
