Proposed Regulatory Bylaw Amendments Related to Provincial Housing Legislation Implementation – Corporate Report R162.
Purpose of Bylaws: The proposed bylaw amendments to streamline the processing of in-stream development applications that are affected by the recent Transit Oriented Areas and Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing zoning changes and administrative bylaw amendments.
