Surrey RCMP are investigating two separate shootings over the weekend.
On Saturday, at 9:40 p.m., Mounties received several calls of shots fired in the 8900-block 128 Street.
Investigators found a house in the area that had been shot multiple times, including several shots in the door.
Six people were home, and fortunately no one was hurt.
Police say the intended target was not at the home, and have talked with the intended victim, but he is not being cooperative.
Police do not believe the shooting was gang related, however, some of the people in the house are known to police.
A black car with a tinted rear window was seen leaving at the time of the shooting, police say.
Less than an hour later, police responded to another call of a shot fired at 133 Street and 104 Avenue.
At 10:20 p.m., someone shot a bullet through the third storey of an apartment, through two floors.
No one was injured.
RCMP and emergency response teams surrounded the apartment where the shot was fired and arrested a man, who is known to police.
Police believe the gun may have accidentally discharged.
A 39-year-old Surrey man is well-known to police and is facing several firearms related and drug charges.
That's now 12 shootings so far this year, with five of those in the last eight days.
