The outage – first reported at 12:23 p.m. – had, at its peak, affected 3,622 BC Hydro customers south of 23A Avenue and west of 142 Street in South Surrey and White Rock.

However, as of 1:19 p.m., only 11 customers were affected, in the 1700-block of 140 Street.
