The Pacific ABA Academy is looking for nominations for their fourth annual “Awards for Autism” event.

The Pacific ABA Academy is looking for nominations for their fourth annual “Awards for Autism” event.

The academy encourages community members to nominate children with autism between the ages of 2 and 18 who have an exceptional talent deserving recognition in sports, academics, fine arts, community service or technology.

There is also an “Open Category” for nominees with special talents that do not fit into other categories, including talents in the culinary arts, sewing and more.

Family members can nominate their child, along with a nomination letter from a coach, teacher or mentor.

Winners will be presented at the “Angels for Autism” fundraiser dinner on March 3 at the Royal King Palace Banquet Hall in Surrey. Award recipients will be provided a ticket for the night as well as three complimentary tickets.

The nomination deadline is Feb. 14, 2017. All nomination letters can be emailed to Dr. Ramen Saggu at drramens@pacificaba.com or mailed to Pacific ABA Academy, PO Box #330 - 12886 96 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3V 6A8.
