'Fall back' on Sunday

Don't forget to set your clocks back one hour this weekend.

Don't forget to set your clocks back one hour this weekend.

Pacific Daylight Savings time comes to an end at 2 a.m., Nov. 6.

Legislation passed in 2006 means Daylight Savings Time begins three weeks earlier, on the second Sunday in March, and ends on the first Sunday in November.

The Autumn time change means an extra hour of sleep Saturday night, because we gain an hour, making up for the hour we lost in the Spring, giving rise to the saying, Spring Ahead, Fall Back.
