Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) has cancelled all evening classes tonight (Wednesday), starting with those that begin at 4 p.m. In addition, all KPU campuses will be fully closed as of 6 p.m. this evening.
The decision to close the university’s four campuses—Surrey, Cloverdale, Richmond, and Langley—was made in light of the forecast for heavy snow and freezing rain later this afternoon.
KPU will continue to monitor the weather conditions overnight and early tomorrow morning.
