Cloverdale residents Jennifer Campbell as “Daisy”, Crystal Weltzin – a Lord Tweedsmuir Secondary student – as “Alice” and Manfred Schulz as “Ace” appear in Ellie King’s Alice in Wonderland, a traditional English pantomime presented at the Surrey Arts Centre to Jan. 2 at 7 p.m., with 3 p.m. matinees Dec. 18-19, 26 and Jan. 2.
The show features a mix of professional and community actors. This year TV’s Mike Roberds (Uncle Fester from the New Addams Family is back along with singer/actor Wendy Bollard, last seen in the company’s summer hit, No Sex Please We’re British. Joining them onstage is everyone’s fave dame, Alan Cedargreen.
Former Surrey city councillor Judy Higginbotham is also in this year’s cast.
