The event, organized by CARP (formerly the Canadian Association of Retired Persons), was a fundraiser for White Rock's proposed all-abilities park on East Beach.
Faulkner, the manager of Avalon Recovery Society, a women's drop-in shelter in White Rock, was joined by several other 'models' – local personalities and politicians – at the event's fashion show.
