The Royal Canadian Theatre Company (RCTC) is hosting their second-annual Oscar Night Gala at the Sheraton Vancouver Giuldford Hotel on Feb. 26 starting at 4:30 p.m.

After a successful first year, in 2016, the glam event is back to raise more funds for RCTC’s youth mentorship programs run by company’s own Ellie King.

For ten years, RCTC has been producing plays, musicals and most famously, pantomimes in Surrey and Maple Ridge.

Through RCTC’s work, hundreds of kids receive training, self-confidence and personal skills.

The evening is a red-carpet, black-tie event and features a champagne reception, arts patronage, bubbles and culture.

New this year: Ages 12 and up are welcome
