Spring clothing drive

Adams Road Elementary's PAC is collecting donations of used clothing to raise money.

If you’ve been inspired to do a little spring cleaning, why not drop off your cast-offs next week at Adams Road Elementary?

The school’s Parent Advisory Council has organized a spring clothing (and stuff) drive. Donations will help raise funds for the school, as well as support programs of the Developmental Disabilities Association.

Drop off times are Tuesday, April 3 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., and Wednesday, April 4 from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Adams Road Elementary, 18228 86 Avenue.

Please put all clothing, clothing accessories, table linens, bedding, towels, sleeping bags and drapery in standard sized garbage bags (36” by 26”).

The following items should be donated in boxes: books, electronics (no computer monitors or stereo consoles, please), sporting gear, toys, games, pots and pans, CDs, DVDs, and stationery supplies.
