Supporters are invited to help stop ALS in its tracks by participating in the upcoming Surrey Walk for ALS.
The fifth annual walk is Sunday, June 17, starting at the special events area at Bear Creek Park. There will be family entertainment, a kid’s area, treats and more.
The event begins at 10 a.m., and the walk starts at 11 a.m.
Proceeds from the event go to the ALS Society of B.C. to help pay for research and provide support for those living with ALS, a fatal neuromuscular disease.
