Saturday marked the grand opening of the Grandview Heights Aquatic Centre at 16855 24 Ave., and Cloverdale resident Udo Zirkwitz was there to capture this photo of the ribbon cutting.
The celebration included free public swimming, entertainment, plus the unveiling of “Circulation,” a new piece of public art by Pierre Sasseville and Jean-François Cooke.
