It was a hard-fought battle, but in the end, a team from Saskatchewan proved Canadians know how to barbecue with the best of them.

Prairie Smoke & Spice from Pilot Butter, Sask, won the first annual Cowboy Cook-off at the Cloverdale Rodeo and Country Fair over the May long weekend.
