Wanted: Your input on policing issues

Residents and business people from Cloverdale and Port Kells are invited to an upcoming discussion and presentation hosted by the Surrey RCMP in District 4.

Irwin Cohen, a PhD and director of the school of Criminology and Criminal Justice, will be giving a brief presentation on community engagement, Wednesday, Nov. 23 at the Cloverdale Recreation Centre, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., in room MP 205.

There will also be a facilitated discussion on nuisance or ongoing issues in the community as part of the Community Consultative Group Meeting. The aim of the session is to reach for collective solutions to community issues.
