Taxpayers love to complain about city hall, but from an employee’s perspective, it’s a great place – in Surrey anyway, an annual ranking again shows.
The City of Surrey has been named one of B.C.’s top employers – for the seventh year in a row.
MediaCorp Canada reviews more than 75,000 employers across the country, awarding marks for the workplace atmosphere, social health, financial and family benefits, vacation and time off and other factors.
Also winning the honour for a fifth year is Kwantlen Polytechnic University, which has campuses in Surrey.
