Only one team will remain unbeaten at the Scotties B.C. Women's Curling Championships after draw five this afternoon.

Kelley Law of the Royal City Curling Club and Duncan's Roselyn Craig will go head-to-head at noon (Wednesday) at the Cloverdale Curling Club, each having won their first four contests of the week-long tournament.

Craig, the surprise of the tournament, scored in four consecutive ends Tuesday night to defeat Jill Winters of Nelson 10-4.

Law, a bronze medalist at the 2002 Winter Olympic Games and the runner-up at last year's Scotties, never trailed in a 6-4 win over Patti Knezevic of Prince George.

Kelly Scott of Kelowna, the defending provincial champion, was handed her first loss of the week by Law yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon, but rebounded last night for a come-from-behind 8-6 victory over Nanaimo's Nicole Backe to improve to 3-1 (won-loss).

New Westminster's Adina Tasaka scored three in the seventh end to edge Kristy Lewis of Richmond 7-4, a result that left both teams in a three-way tie for fourth place with 2-2 records.

Also at 2-2 is Jen Fewster of Prince George, a 5-3 winner over Karla Thompson of Kamloops.

Draw six goes tonight at 7 p.m., with two draws again tomorrow at noon and 7 p.m. The final draw of the round robin is Friday at 9:30 a.m., after which the top four teams advance to a playoff.
