Cloverdale Atom A3 Colts race off to the playoffs

Cloverdale's Atom A3s are ready to fight for the Fraser Valley conference banner this weekend when the playoffs get underway at two arenas in Surrey.

The Colts have made it to the final four in the playoffs, which are a round-robin format.

Teams from Surrey, Abbotsford and Cloverdale will be looking to win the most points to claim the banner.

The hockey action begins Friday, March 7 at the Surrey Sport and Leisure Complex, when Cloverdale's Atom A3 team takes on the Abbotsford Atom A3s at 7 p.m.

The Colts will be back on the ice at 11 a.m. on Saturday (March 8), also at the Surrey Sport and Leisure Complex, where Abbotsford will be playing Surrey Atom A2 at 1 p.m.

The next three games are at the Cloverdale Arena, with Cloverdale taking on Surrey at 10:45 a.m., Coquitlam Atom A3 vs. Abbotsford 3:45 p.m., and Surrey vs. Coquitlam on Tuesday, March 11 at 6:30 p.m.
