A Surrey man has been charged after allegedly setting his home on fire with his wife and daughter in it.

Parminder Singh Saini, 62, was believed to have been in a heated argument with his wife on Thursday, Dec. 1.

His 27-year-old daughter called police at about 7 p.m., alleging her father had poured liquor through the house and set it alight.
