UPDATE: Surrey RCMP locate 'high-risk' missing man

A man considered high-risk was found by police on Saturday (April 5), and has been taken into custody.

Fabian Dean Walters had been last seen Friday morning (April 4) at about 10:30 a.m. near 101 Avenue and 156 Street in the Guildford neighbourhood.

Surrey RCMP and family were concerned about Walters' current health and well-being as he has a history of mental health issues and was believed to be emotionally distraught.

He was located on Saturday, April 5, was taken into custody,  and processed under the Mental Health Act.
