Learn more about how scientists study the oldest, farthest galaxies in the universe when a UBC astrophysicist visits the Surrey Museum later this month.

Gaelen Marsden will share his adventures with the public at an all-ages, by donation talk, Saturday, July 23 at the museum, from 2 to 3 p.m.

In a Galaxy Far, Far Away is part of the speaker series coinciding with the Surrey Museum's latest exhibition, Stellar Space, showcasing Canada's contribution to space exploration, running to Aug. 26.

The museum also has a full slate of summer preschool and children's programs to accompany the Stellar Space exhibit.
