A master glass blower is inviting the public to tour his studio this weekend, and watch the art in action.

Robert Gary Parks is a Port Kells-based artist who opened The Loafing Shed Glass Studio in 2010.

Located at 9060 184 Street, the studio hosts group tours, workshops and open houses.

On May 3 and 4, the studio will be holding an open house event to mark its four-year anniversary.

There will be glass-blowing demonstrations at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. both days.
