St. Patrick has decided to help St. Nick raise a pot of gold to help out families next Christmas.

Shamrocks and Holly is an Irish afternoon which will take place March 15 from 11:30-3:30 p.m. at Kennedy Sports Pub, 10906 88 Ave.

The St. Patrick's week event, a fundraiser for the Surrey Christmas Bureau, will feature Copper Sky, a lively Celtic music trio Copper Sky (with guest fiddler Annie Brown), energetic performers from the Steel School of Irish Dance, a silent auction, raffles and ticket draws, food and beverages.

Tickets are $15 and it includes your burger/fries or chicken strips/fries. Drinks are extra.
