Members of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 6 in Cloverdale are being asked to attend an upcoming general meeting where a vote will be held on a motion about hats. A notice of motion to allow the wearing of hats in the Legion was given at the Feb. 24 general meeting.
The vote on the motion takes place at the April 27 general meeting at 7 p.m.
The executive committee is strongly encouraging all voting members to attend in order to cast a vote. The Royal Canadian Legion’s Cloverdale Branch is at 17567 57 Avenue, Surrey.
