Fresh, locally-grown strawberries are now available. These beauties were for sale at Cloverdale Country Farms last week. The British Columbia Strawberry Growers Association says about 30 producers in the Fraser Valley use about 600 acres to grow strawberries and say within a week or two, local strawberries will be in full production.

Local strawberries are typically be available to early July, with some varieties available to September.
