The students at Cloverdale Traditional School enjoyed a Halloween surprise Tuesday when their school field was transformed into a pumpkin patch, complete spooky decorations and even some scarecrows.

The whole thing was kept secret until the students went outside at recess.http://raven.b-it.ca/portals/uploads/cloverdale/.DIR288/wInthePatch.jpg

Two local businesses, International Herbs Ltd., and Cloverdale Country Farms, donated pumpkins to the school.

School parents also worked hard to put the event on for the kids.
