Bob Kanazawa gets his hair washed by Chilliwack's Darryl Jones, a Corrections BC officer, and Mission RCMP Const. Christine Day, during the Wash Out The Cancer event at Xhale Beauty Salon in Clayton Heights on Sunday.

The fundraiser was for the upcoming Cops for Cancer: Tour de Valley fundraiser, where riders (including the two hair-washers) will travel about 900 kilometres in nine days from Sept. 27 to Oct. 5.

The tour will make stops in communities from Tsawwassen to Boston Bar. For more information, visit www.copsforcancerbc.ca.
